David Patton

Before the construction industry I worked in the machine shop industry, attending to close tolerances and fine details. Next, I became interested in the construction industry and worked in industrial construction as a pipe welder. Experience is always the best teacher, and through mine I've learned the importance of structural integrity as well as personal integrity in managing projects and customer relationships. I have worked in every phase of home construction from the foundation, pipes and electric systems right down to the details in our beautiful trim work. These experiences have prepared me for the everyday decisions needed in building fine custom homes with the upmost detail and quality.

I built my first home in 1985. Now well in to our 25th year, I have no regrets. I've enjoyed every phase of building our business customer-by-customer. One of the accomplishments we've enjoyed was building an award winning parade home. The accomplishment I am most proud of is the long list of satisfied clients who are thrilled with their new homes. I am driven by the quality in true craftsmanship and integrity in business and in life. At the end of the day I am humbled and motivated by seeing a truly satisfied customer.

Aaron T. Walker

I am a native Nashvillian. Being born, raised and educated locally has given me a deep appreciation for Nashville and the surrounding communities. Being raised by parents with a strong work ethic has instilled those same values in me. My father was a general contractor as well, for some 45 years. I was raised in and around construction, and I've learned to appreciate the many facets of this industry. Being involved in other businesses has helped me hone my administrative skills and focus intently on my responsibilities in management. My focus in my work lies in 'tweaking the process' to better serve our customers. Ultimately we strive to provide a superior product in a timely manner and within budget.

My passion is my lovely wife of thirty years, my two daughters, my sons in law and my four adorable grand children. My duties at David Patton Construction include quoting your new home project, coordinating sub-contractors and managing budgets, but building past and new customer relationships is the most rewarding part of my daily activity.
