David Patton and Aaron Walker are great home contractors, but more than that they are great people. From the very beginning, they were professional, accommodating, thorough and most importantly, honest. They help guide you to build a very sound home that allows your personality to show through.

When we contacted David Patton to build our home, it was a very stressful time in our lives. Our home had been destroyed by a tornado and we were living in a very nice, but crowded rental house. While we were excited about getting a new house, we were more interested in getting back into "our" home and moving forward.

From the first meeting, David wanted to build our home to our specifications, not his specifications. He spent hours questioning us about what we wanted and explaining the pros and cons of doing things different ways. None of the other contractors we spoke to even asked us what we wanted.

During the building process, if something didn't look like we pictured, they were right there to get it taken care of. This is the third home we have built, with three different bilders. If we ever decide to build again, we would definetly call David Patton Construction

To whom it may concern,

I would like to write this letter of recommendation for the services of David Patton Construction.  My wife and I purchased 28 acres several years ago and started working with an architect to design our dream house.  We had built our previous home and office with two other builders and were not satisfied with their quality or service.

We attended every parade of homes in the middle Tennessee area for the past 6 years trying to locate the builder we felt was best suited for our dream home, so when we got ready to build we would not be in a rush to find the best builder around.

We selected David and Aaron based on the quality of their parade home and comfort level with their ethics and morals after numerous interviews.  At the time, they did not know this but they were our overwhelming choice and a pleasure to work with during the bid process.  We never allowed another builder to bid on our house, due to being content with their openness and honesty.

We signed the contract and began construction on our 8,400 square foot dream house and completed it within two weeks of the agreed upon time frame.  The house was built with just as much heart and sole as the parade home was, and we are extremely happy with our choice in builders.  Through this entire process both David and Aaron were extremely informative about any issues, which will arise on a customer home this size and always available for questions or comforting when things were not as expected.

This entire process was well worth their portion of the cost and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a quality builder and already have to a good friend.  I did not know either of them before this process and would not be writing this letter if I did not truly feel as if they are the best builders I have ever used.

When we discretely began looking for a builder, we ruled out everyone, almost immediately, except David Patton Construction (DPC).

We quickly learned there was a huge difference between the quality of homes between builders and when comparing a DPC home to others, there was no comparison.  DPC won on every front, over and over again.

And we were not disappointed.  From beginning to end, we could not have asked for a better experience. The workmanship and quality far exceeded our expectations. 

Perfection should be your motto. You always checked and double-checked to be sure that the job at hand met with your high standards and specifications.
